Washington D.C. – August 18, 2020 – Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review, risk management and legal consulting services, today announced the creation of three new roles on their executive management team. The company promoted from within to fill these positions, including Amy Hinzmann as Chief Experience Officer, Raj Chandrasekar as Chief Operating Officer, and Adam Pollitt as President, EMEAA.

The below promotions are effective immediately:

Amy Hinzmann has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Experience Officer. In addition to her current duties leading client experience and the company’s Diversity & Inclusion program, Amy will also lead Human Resources and all employee-related activities, spanning recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development.  A search for a permanent head of HR is underway, and the outgoing Chief Human Resources Officer, Natalie Stute, will remain with Consilio until the end of September to assist with a seamless transition.

Raj Chandrasekar has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. This new position will enhance communication and scale by managing technology and delivery functions under a single umbrella. In this role, Raj will oversee the union of information security, technology, eDiscovery, and review and lead Consilio’s combined operations organization. His additional direct reports include Serge Poldi, who has been promoted to the role of Chief Information Officer, and Shamus Flower, who as Senior Vice President of Client Services will lead our eDiscovery and review services globally.

Lastly, Adam Pollitt has been promoted to the newly created role of President, EMEAA.  This role was created to maximize Consilio’s success in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia by more closely integrating Consilio’s culture with the unique aspects of doing business in these regions.  Adam will work with leaders of the various functional teams to steward the people, culture, and collaboration of the International businesses and improve its growth, efficiency, and client experience. Adam is based in Frankfurt, Germany.
